I am waiting on an estimate from my periodontist about one implant. He will have to do a tooth extraction and put a temporary in, and he thinks both of these will be covered by insurance. However, he will also have to do a bone graft and put in the implant, and that will not be covered. Can anyone give a ball park figure? Anything would help. Thanks.
About how much will it cost to have a periodontist do a bone graft and put in one tooth implant?
A LOT
Reply:Either bone graft and tooth implant could be in the thousands of dollars. How does that compare with your dental insurance annual maximum? If it is over the max, consider getting additional supplemental dental plan with no maximums such as dentalservice4less.
