Swelling , bruises, bleeding from the surgical site or nose are common post operative signs , and usually may take a week or more to subsides but by following your doctor's instructions you can minimize the course. Anyhow if you noticed no changes in swelling size plus persistant pain within 4-5 days post op. It is advised to immediately contact your doctor.
