Can anyone give me any information on the quality of dental services in Panama? I have a friend that needs implants and of course they are not affordable here. She is looking into medical tourism companys. Has anyone had any experience good or bad with these type of companys? Also does anyone know of excellent dentists in Panama that could do this work that she could contanct? She possibly might also need bone and tissue work done before the implants could be done. She is considering dental plates that snap in as well as the full tooth implants, depending on cost. Thanks for any info.

they have lots of great dentist out there, i never had any problems, it's a lot cheaper.
Reply:Don't do it in Panama. Their Hygiene methods are serious issues.
Reply:Dentist are highly trained, and with the latest technology in the world. I totally recomend it. Many are bilingual.
