Would this bug you girls? Need advice?

I met a girl through an online site a couple days ago. We've chatted twice, swapped texted, and it's been great. We have so much in common, if not almost all we've talked about, and the few times we did chat it was for hours. She lives in the same city, so a date might not be too far away. Anyway, I was wondering if the fact that I was in a car accident and had my front tooth busted would bug you? I have surgery for the tooth implant next week, and was worried I might lose any chance I had after telling her my situation. How should I bring it up? should I wait until after the surgery to let her know? am I making this into something huge which it isnt? any advice would help, thanks in advance!

Reply:You probably won't see her before surgery so I wouldn't worry about it. And once the tooth is in, what's the point in telling her. I mean, if you broke a bone years ago, would you feel compelled to "come clean" about it? Relax, it's not your tooth she's interested in.

Reply:I would rather you told me about before the surgery if you were going to tell me at all. How would she feel if she ever found out after you didn't tell her? Just bring it up the way it is: "Did I ever tell you I had my front tooth busted out? But it's cool because I'll be getting an implant next week." or something of the sort. Short and sweet is always good.

If she was someone you'd want to stick with it wouldnt matter how ugly or handsome you were, its your personality that counts!

Reply:I think you should be honest about it. I doubt it would bother her if you told her you were getting it fixed.
Reply:just tell her about it. my boyfriend is a police officer and is missing a few teeth on the sides from bar fights and this and that is his line of work, and it doesnt make me love him any less or think any different of him. and if she doesn't like you because of a broken tooth then she is a shallow skank and shes not worth the time of day.

Reply:If she is interested in you enough to meet you on a date then this shouldn't bother her, it's not permanent just try not to draw too much attention to it by being self conscious about it, that would put me off. But if you are really bothered why not wait and go about it the old fashioned way and romance her a bit longer, a girl likes a bit of mystery and romance now and again.
Reply:Well if it's really bothering you then go do the tooth implant, but im a girl so it wouldn't really bother me or bug me, unless it made u uncomfortable, if ur not happy with you then you need to decide on what makes you happy, i hope this dating thing works for you, but the main thing you can do with this girl if you really like her is tell her the truth, because lying will do nothing but cause problems and make her not be able to trust you. She'll be more into you if you be yourself dont be ashamed of who you are or what your teeth or body looks like, she should like you for you and if she doesn't that means she isn't worth your time, she should like you no matter what you look like, But if you aren't happy with you then change it, but dont change so much that you're not being yourself, no one likes a pretender, just be yourself and stay calm. ok I hope this helps, but if it doesn't there's other fish in the sea waiting to be caught if thats the case maybe you need to find the right kind of bait. hope this helps later, oh and if you want to write and tell how it went or if it helps. im still waiting on my guy to come along for me. lol so dont' feel like your the only one.
